Terms of Service

These terms cover the Tenarai app and this website.

Who you are dealing with

• Tenarai is provided by Enso Labs LLC, a California limited liability company (USA).
• Purchases on this website are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, the merchant and seller of record. Paddle takes payment, handles tax and issues refunds; its buyer terms apply to the transaction.
• Purchases through the App Store are handled by Apple, and Apple's terms apply.

The service

• The free plan gives ten practice items a day.
• Pro removes the daily limit while the subscription is active.
• We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for private, non-commercial use.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro is billed monthly or annually and renews until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling is not a refund — see refunds. Price changes are notified in advance and apply from the next renewal. Taxes are handled by Paddle and shown at checkout.

Your data

Your practice record is stored against your account and used to decide what you are asked next. See privacy. You can delete your account from inside the app; deletion is irreversible.

Prohibited use

Do not scrape or redistribute the sentence library, interfere with other people's use, or attempt unauthorised access.

No warranty, and limits

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of learning outcomes. To the extent the law allows, Enso Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability is limited to what you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
