返金について

解約と返金の違い

解約は次回の更新を停止するものです。お支払い済みの期間の終わりまでProをご利用いただけ、その後は無料プランに戻ります。練習の記録、級、連続日数はそのまま残ります。

返金は、お支払いいただいた金額をお返しするものです。

返金のご依頼

tenarai.app でご購入の場合：ご購入またはご更新から14日以内に [email protected] までご連絡いただければ、理由を問わず全額返金いたします。販売者である Paddle.com Market Ltd を通じて、お支払いに使用された方法へ返金されます。
App Store でご購入の場合：返金は Apple の規定に従い Apple が取り扱います。reportaproblem.apple.com よりご依頼ください。

解約の方法

ウェブでご購入の場合：ご購入時のメールに記載の管理リンクから、またはご連絡ください。
App Store でご購入の場合：端末の「設定 → Apple ID → サブスクリプション」から。

Refunds

Cancelling and refunds are different

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period already paid for, then return to the free plan. Your practice record, rank and streak remain.

A refund returns money you paid.

Requesting a refund

Bought on tenarai.app: email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge (a purchase or a renewal) and we'll refund it in full, no reason needed. It is processed through Paddle.com Market Ltd, the seller of record, to your original payment method.
Bought through the App Store: refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's own policy at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Web: use the management link in your purchase email, or write to us. App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
