You can also tell us from inside the app
- A wrong reading or a bad sentence: the ⚑ on the practice screen reports the sentence you're looking at. It arrives with the sentence and the word attached, which is the fastest thing to fix. The sentence you report is taken out of circulation until a person has checked it.
- Bugs and suggestions: Settings → 不具合の報告 (「問題を報告する」 on iOS).
Common questions
- Cancelling or a refund: see refunds.
- Pro isn't showing up: check you're signed in with the same account you bought it on. If it still doesn't, write to us.
- Deleting your account and data: Settings → アカウントを削除 removes it along with your practice record (see the privacy policy).
